As a spirits-focused Substack, our opinions and experience on Mexican beverage culture not only come from time spent behind the bar, but from years of personal and business research, writing about spirits for other publications, and hours in the field, watching all of the magic happen in person.
We recently packaged this knowledge into a podcast called Que Penca.
